All items are made to order, which means we begin production after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Processing Time: Typically 5–10 business days before shipment.

  • During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing may take a few extra days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

🏡 Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

💌 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an item leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
